Certificate of Authentication

For added peace of mind, we offer buyers the option to request a third-party Certificate of Authentication for eligible items for an additional fee. We currently use LegitApp, a luxury authentication platform that reviews handbags, sneakers, and designer goods.

This optional service is designed for buyers who want an added layer of documentation before or after purchase.

Authentication requests are submitted to the third-party provider based on item eligibility, image requirements, and the provider’s review process.

How it works

• Select the Certificate of Authentication option at purchase, or contact us before checkout to request it for an eligible item.

• We submit the item for third-party review through LegitApp.

• Once the review is completed, we provide the authentication result and any related certificate or documentation made available through the provider.

Important details

• This service is available only for eligible items and brands supported by the authentication provider.

• Additional images or information may be required before a result can be issued.

• COA fees are separate from the item price and are non-refundable once the authentication request has been submitted.

• Authentication is performed by an independent third-party service and is subject to that provider’s methodology, review standards, and final determination.

Why buyers request a COA

A Certificate of Authentication can offer additional confidence when purchasing resale luxury goods, especially for higher-value pieces or first-time buyers. It can also provide extra documentation for personal records or future resale.
